Twinity is there for you

Dear Twinizens,

You’ll have noticed that last week was a rough one for Twinity. Between a couple of issues, there were times when Twinity was not available. You have our apologies for this, and we are working to make sure we do better in the future keeping Twinity online and bringing Twinity back online when we have issues.

On that note, we would like to invite you always to be part of the conversation around Twinity. We know that we will have issues with Twinity from time to time, that’s just part of the nature of cutting-edge technology like this. But we want to make sure that we’re taking care of you, our members, customers, partners and Twinizens, as best we can. So whenever you feel like we’re not meeting those goals or if you have any ideas on how we can improve, we welcome that feedback. You can post it here on the blog, as a comment to the relevant post (like post a comment about a specific outage or event) or you can email me directly at jeremy (at) metaversum dot com (change that as needed).

Thanks,

Jeremy

  1. Hi Jeremy,
First impressions after a couple of weeks as Twinizen. I am impressed. It’s good fun and beautifully done. There are a few quirks quite acceptable for a beta version providing solutions are found.
Suggestion: allowing Twinizens to set markers on their visits (in order to go back to a particular site or location where setting a “favourite” is not an option…)
One annoying bug: not being able to teleport from my front door to the street below, this has just appeared since the last patch I believe, but it may be coincidence…
    All the best,

    Honoré

  2. @Honoré Dupuis,
Thanks for your comments. I asked our support team to check into that bug for you and also passed along the suggestion.
    all the best, jeremy
