Please be aware that we deployed a small patch last night. Your Twinity client will be automatically updated the next time you start Twinity. This should fix some rendering and frame rate issues that some members were experiencing.
Apologies for the longer-than-expected downtime with yesterday’s release. We encountered a few hiccups along the way. Twinity is now back online and should be running normally.
Also, with the latest release, we’ve incorporated support for Ogg video. As a result of this, you’ll get a new license agreement that will explain the terms of Ogg. As you can read, Ogg is open-source and there are no fees associated with its inclusion in Twinity, or your use of Twinity.
Please contact support if you have any issues after the update.

As announced just a few minutes ago, Twinity will be offline for an update for the next several hours. In the past, we have announced each update individually. Moving forward, however, we think it makes more sense to have a regular update schedule, so you Twinizens know what to expect.
Twinity updates will now take place on Wednesdays from 0900 (9 AM) to 1600 (4 PM) CET. We will no longer announce each release individually, but will post notes about the releases afterwards. Please expect access to Twinity to be problematic during those hours.

Please be aware that Twinity will be offline from approximately 1600 (4 PM) CET until 2400 (Midnight) CET. As always, your Twinity client will be patched automatically after the update.

Please be informed that there is a small patch that we put on the servers this afternoon. This patch did not involve any server downtime, but will require a small client patch. As usual, the patch will download automatically and install itself on your client. The patch version is 29155. You may need to restart the Twinity client manually after the patch is installed.

We just wanted to let you know that Twinity will be updated today, Wednesday, May 21st, between the hours of 7 pm (1900) and 11 pm (2300). Release notes will be sent to the twinity-beta mailing list.
