Here is the link. For the outdoors, the Globals and other things, we haven’t announced details yet, but there is more to come in those areas…
Here is the link. It was created by one of our beta members. Just one quick note, the company behind Twinity is Metaversum GmbH, not Multiversum.
Thanks for setting this up, it’s very cool! ![]()
Included in an interview. We’re just mentioned as a competitor of Second Life.
Of course, calling us a competitor is kind of difficult, as Philip points out. Each world mentioned there has its own focus.
In the release notes sent around earlier today, I mentioned that one highlight of yesterday’s release was the Welcome Area. Some have noticed that there isn’t really much new in the Welcome Area, just some new items and content. This is correct and I should have been clearer. The point is that you now enter Twinity by going first to the Welcome Area, and not to the Lobby as before. We’ll have a nice, new, shiny Welcome Area in the next little bit.
Twinity will be offline today from about 4 pm (1600) CET until 10 pm (2200) CET this evening for the latest release. Release notes will be sent to the twinity-beta mailing list.

Recently, we conducted our first survey for customer satisfaction in Twinity. We had a satisfaction rate of 87%. While that’s not bad, it’s not where we want it to be. So please, if you answered this survey and you have some feedback for us, or areas where you see room for improvement, please let us know. We will always do our best to provide the best support and help you get the best in-world experience possible.
Some screenshots from last week’s Twinity Lounge are below. Click on any image for the full-size screenshot. The event took place at “A Place Of Wealth” in Zurich, Switzerland, at 19:00 CET. We had a nice, small group, with a mix of Twinizens and Twinity team members. Some things that were discussed:
In general, it was a nice, fun time!
