besten Dank für Euer engagiertes Feedback. Das eine oder andere konnten wir schon im letzten Update vom 19.12. berücksichtigen.

Nachdem der neue Release geschafft ist, steht nun auch schon Weihnachten vor der Tür. Wir wollen dieses Fest zum Anlass nehmen, Euch herzlichst zur ersten Twinity-Weihnachtsfeier einzuladen.

Einem unserer schönsten Apartments haben wir dafür den Geist von Weihnachten eingehaucht. Und als Dank für Eure Unterstützung haben wir ein kleines Geschenk für jeden Teilnehmer.

Dear Twinity members,

Thank you very much for your enthusiastic feedback on Twinity so far. We have been able to incorporate some of your suggestions into the latest update on December 19th.

Since Christmas is around the corner, we would like invite you to our first ever Twinity Christmas Party.

The spirit of Christmas is at home in one of our nicest apartments, where every participant will receive a small present from us as a thank you for being part of the Twinity community.

There is a new setup file for Twinity available on the Twinity web site. Just log in and you can download the new setup file.

Note that you don’t need to download this new setup file if Twinity is already running for you. You will automatically get the new patch when you start Twinity.

Just a quick note to let you know that I have sent release notes to the twinity-beta mailing list.

Twinity will be offline from approximately 9 PM (2100) CET to 7 am (0700) CET for an update tonight.

After the update, we’ll send release notes to the Twinity-beta mailing list. Also, the first time you launch Twinity after the update, a patch will automatically be downloaded and installed. Please expect that to take a few minutes.

On Friday, we sent out around 700 invitations. We had a good number of people checking out Twinity over the weekend, and we got around 100 pieces of feedback from new Twinity members.

So first and foremost: THANK YOU!

This is a closed beta still, and there are many features that are not yet implemented or don’t yet work perfectly. Your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us identify these things and understanding how you’d like them to work.
